UMD Fire Protection Engineering Students and Faculty Visit MFRI

“Fire engulfs unoccupied high-rise in Russia” Luckily no one was hurt, but this is yet another major high-rise fire… this time on an unoccupied building in Chechnya, apparently the tallest building in the city.
